About us

We are an informal collective of self-employed therapists working together under the name ‘Therapies Together’ to share resources and referrals via our website.

For the purposes of processing your information via our website, Helen Gazzard is the data controller.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused tools from Simple Analytics to collect basic information about visits to our website. This helps us see when and how many people visit it, and how people find our website. Spam prevention

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to protect against automated spam. When you use the contact form, Turnstile collects certain technical signals (such as your IP address and browser information) to determine whether you are a human visitor. Information we collect and how we use it

If you use the contact form on our website to contact us, we collect the information you enter into the form and use it to respond to your enquiry.

This may include:

  • your name;
  • your phone number;
  • your email address;
  • any other information you enter in the message box.

Form submissions are handled by Resend, who process and retain email data (including sender email address and message contents) for up to 30 days. Visit Resend’s website for more detail about their security and data protection policies.

The information you submit via the form may be shared with other therapists within the collective for the purposes of matching you with a suitable therapist in line with your enquiry. Each of our team have their own privacy notice which will be shared with you during the referral process.

We will not pass on your information to anyone else unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.

We are committed to keeping any information you send to us secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and management procedures.

Your rights

Under the UK’s data protection legislation you have certain rights in relation to your personal data. This includes the right to ask to see any information that we hold about you. Unless prevented from doing so for legal reasons, we will provide this information to you within one month of your request. You also have the right to ask us to update any incorrect information and to ask us to delete any information that we hold about you. We will do this except for any information we need to retain for legal purposes.
